Bornholm Food Tours offers guided experiences where participants explore the island’s culinary and natural highlights. The tours are a blend of tastings, storytelling, and nature interpretation, providing a unique perspective on Bornholm’s local food culture.
 

Bornholm Food Tours is a new initiative from Food Experts, built on more than 20 years of experience, giving visitors to Bornholm a unique gastronomic and cultural experience through guided food tours. The concept is inspired by the success of several years of promoting the Bornholm food narrative and is tailored to the island’s rich food culture and natural surroundings.
 

Bornholm Food Tours has been developed in collaboration with renowned gastronomist Mads Marschall (known from Bocuse d’Or) and experienced nature guide Thomas Guldbæk, who will also serve as a guide on the tours. With a focus on local ingredients, sustainability, and Bornholm’s exceptional food scene, Bornholm Food Tours offers authentic food experiences that stand out from traditional tourist activities.
 

We are part of the prestigious Meaningful Travel Map, operated by the American organization Tourism Cares. The map highlights selected experiences and operators around the world who offer authentic, sustainable, and locally rooted experiences for travelers with a focus on responsible tourism.
